Job summary

The Allegro team is an entry-level Associate Technician role that supports maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. You will work under supervision to learn troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety procedures, contributing to reduced downtime and better production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training provided.
• Technical certificate or coursework in a skilled trade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists senior technicians with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
• Performs basic mechanical or electrical tasks according to instructions and schematics.
• Uses basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform tasks.
• Documents maintenance and repair activities in the equipment management system.
