Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an entry-level data operations assistant to support the country data and analytics team. The role focuses on day-to-day data tasks, training sessions, and helping business units adopt standard global tools.

You will assist in rolling out analytics tools, prepare training materials, coordinate workshops, and help maintain dashboards while learning data manipulation concepts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in data operations, business intelligence support, or a similar internship.
• Strong Excel skills including xlookup, pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and basic data concepts; eager to learn data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Tool Support & Rollout: assist in rolling out global analytics tools and track adoption rates.
• Training & Coordination: help prepare training materials, schedule workshops, and assist users with basic troubleshooting.
• Data Maintenance: help maintain existing dashboards, pull routine reports, and clean data datasets.
