Job summary

DTCC’s Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting Associate position invites a detail‑driven professional to join a dynamic, process‑oriented team. You will support governance, reporting accuracy, and documentation across multiple platforms, enabling effective oversight and timely decision‑making.

You will translate diverse data into clear reports, maintain controlled records, and drive standardized practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain Enterprise Services reporting, dashboards, metrics, and management information to support leadership visibility, governance, and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, consolidation, and quality review of data across stakeholders and sources, ensuring reporting is accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Analyze reporting results to identify trends, exceptions, data-quality concerns, and emerging issues, coordinating follow-up and escalation as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks, including templates, definitions, procedures, and supporting controls.
  • Support Enterprise Services governance processes, routines, and forums, including leadership and management reviews, agendas, materials, decisions, and supporting records.
  • Track governance commitments, actions, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, driving stakeholder follow-up, timely closure, and appropriate escalation.
  • Maintain and strengthen governance standards and documentation, including procedures, roles and responsibilities, and periodic reviews to promote consistent, transparent, and effective oversight.
  • Manage, develop and update Enterprise Services governance and reporting documentation, ensuring adherence to established templates, naming conventions, ownership, version control, and records-management practices.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of reporting, governance, and documentation processes by documenting workflows, identifying efficiency and data-quality opportunities, implementing repeatable controls and templates, supporting automation, and promoting consistent adoption across Enterprise Services.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communications to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring complex information for executive, management, and operational audiences to support alignment, decision-making, and action.

The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the team, the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting Associate will support the governance, reporting, and document management activities that enable effective oversight and management of Enterprise Services.

This role will help maintain consistent governance practices, produce accurate and timely management reporting, manage documentation and records, and support the processes used to monitor performance, risks, actions, and key activities across Enterprise Services.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders. This individual should be able to translate information from multiple sources into clear reporting, maintain well-controlled documentation, and help drive consistent execution of governance processes.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
