Job summary

Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect Manager to design, plan and implement enterprise-wide technology solutions and IT infrastructure strategies in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

You will align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security and operational excellence while shaping the organization’s digital transformation journey and strategic technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' professional experience in IT architecture, systems design or enterprise technology planning.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or ArchiMate.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or similar).
• Experience with systems integration, middleware solutions and API management.
• Proficiency in data architecture, database design and data governance principles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Manager. This is a strategic role that will be instrumental in designing, planning and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions and IT infrastructure strategies. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security and operational excellence across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to shape the technological direction of the company and drive digital transformation initiatives that have a significant impact on business success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives
• Evaluate, recommend and oversee the implementation of technology platforms, systems and infrastructure solutions
• Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical architecture specifications
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, policies and governance frameworks across the enterprise
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of IT initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in IT architecture, systems design or enterprise technology planning
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or ArchiMate
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or similar)
• Experience with systems integration, middleware solutions and API management
• Proficiency in data architecture, database design and data governance principles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture and compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to think strategically whilst maintaining focus on practical implementation
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly desirable
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation programs
