Accellor seeks an AI Product Manager to own enterprise AI product definition and delivery for global clients. You will shape AI-first experiences, drive requirements, and partner with engineering, UX, and delivery to ship impactful solutions.

Qualifications

  • 7–14 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Products, or related technology roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working on software products, platforms, or enterprise applications in client-facing environments.
  • Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, with practical exposure to AI-enabled product design and delivery.
  • Exposure to building or shaping agent-based / agentic workflows or AI-driven assistants/copilots in a product or solution context.
  • Strong experience in requirements discovery, user story definition, prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.
  • Ability to engage confidently with enterprise clients, business users, engineering teams, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and present with clarity.
  • A hands-on mindset with the willingness to prototype, experiment, and validate ideas quickly rather than rely only on documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product definition and execution of enterprise AI applications, workflows, and features from discovery through release and adoption.
  • Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business problems, frame opportunities, and convert them into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
  • Shape AI-first user experiences, including copilots, assistants, agentic workflows, decision-support tools, and human-in-loop enterprise applications.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into structured product artifacts such as problem statements, user journeys, PRDs, acceptance criteria, prioritization frameworks, and release scope.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure product intent is translated into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Drive workshops, requirement discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, demos, and alignment discussions with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Build lightweight prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and product mock flows using modern AI tools, no-code/low-code methods, vibe coding, and basic design/prototyping techniques where useful.
  • Help define and refine AI use cases involving agents, orchestration, retrieval, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail across business requirements, product behavior, user experience, and delivery quality.
  • Manage client expectations proactively by balancing ambition, technical feasibility, timelines, and delivery realities.
  • Support value realization and account growth by identifying follow-on product opportunities, expansion areas, and innovation pathways within client accounts.
  • Contribute to a product and delivery culture that values speed, clarity, experimentation, accountability, and customer impact.
