Job summary

At AIA, an experienced AI Engineering Consultant will drive design, development, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise AI solutions. The role spans GenAI, agentic AI, and AI-powered digital solutions across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to convert concepts into scalable production-grade systems.

You will help establish AI engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerators to enable responsible, scalable, business-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/SE/Data Science or related fields.
• 5+ years in AI/ML, Data/Software Eng.
• 3+ years deploying AI/ML into production environments.
• Proven GenAI, MLOps, or AI platform delivery experience.
• Knowledge of Python, Azure, Databricks, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and GenAI solutions.
• Develop reusable AI services, APIs, SDKs, and accelerators.
• Benchmark and optimize AI models, prompts, and workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and processes.
• Build AI engineering platforms and MLOps frameworks.
• Establish enterprise standards for AI governance and GenAI development.
