Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Language Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective language training programs focused on enhancing communication and soft skills within a professional environment—particularly in support of new hires and current employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization, and other communication-related training programs as part of new hire onboarding across various accounts.
- Design, enhance, and facilitate additional training programs aligned with our internal University curriculum, focusing on leadership development and communication tools.
- Evaluate the language proficiency of employees who require further language support and provide targeted coaching and training.
- Develop and implement action plans for continuous language development based on performance and operational needs.
- Organize and deliver structured language support sessions aimed at improving English communication and fluency.
- Participate in voice assessments during the recruitment process and provide feedback on candidates’ communication skills.
- Work closely with Operations Management to ensure consistent use of the English language across the call floor.
- Support and help manage Language Incentive Programs, ensuring alignment with performance goals and language standards.
Basic Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.
- Must be college-level or a Senior High School graduate (SHS graduates are welcome to apply).
- Prior experience as an ESL teacher, virtual assistant, or within the academe is an advantage.
- Call center/BPO experience is not required, but is a plus.
- Computer-literate; must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong presentation, instructional, and research skills.
