Confidential is seeking an Engineering Technician – Electrical Systems to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and power distribution systems across production and utility facilities. You will perform wiring, lighting installations, and preventive maintenance while interpreting diagrams to support installation activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, with fresh graduates eligible for hands-on OJT experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with hands-on electrical installation and wiring experience (OJT).
• Knowledgeable in electrical layouts, safety practices, low-voltage switchgear operations, transformer inspections, control panel harmonics, and power rating analysis.
• Good communication, high stress tolerance, and ability to lift at least 20 kg.
• Willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and power distribution systems.
• Provide electrical technical services for installation, operation, and maintenance of production, utility, and support equipment.
• Perform wiring, install lighting, switches, and other electrical fixtures.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on power systems, switchgear, transformers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform analysis to improve reliability.
• Interpret layouts, wiring diagrams, and design plans for maintenance and installation.
• Assist in system inspections, load testing, and continuous improvement to enhance plant operations.
• Ensure all power systems are maintained in excellent condition while adhering to safety standards.

The Engineering Technician – Electrical Systems is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and power distribution systems, including low-voltage switchgear, transformers, electrical wiring, control panels, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Provides electrical technical services for the installation, operation, and maintenance of production, utility, and support equipment.
• Performs electrical wiring, installation of lighting systems, switches, and other electrical fixtures.
• Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance on power systems, switchgear, transformers, and related electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoots electrical equipment failures and performs technical analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Interprets electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and design plans for maintenance and installation activities.
• Assists in system inspections, load testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.
• Ensures all power systems are maintained in excellent operating condition while adhering to safety standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other related courses.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience (hands-on electrical installation and wiring.)
• Knowledgeable in electrical layouts and design, electrical safety practices, low-voltage switchgear operations, transformer inspections, control panel harmonics, and power rating analysis.
• Must possess good communication skills, a high level of stress tolerance, and the ability to lift at least 20kg.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite).
