Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks an Engineering Technician in Laguna to monitor, troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and production utility systems. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, data collection for equipment histories, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background with hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, and a focus on safety and reliability in a wet/dry production

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, preferably Industrial Technology.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing.
• Experience with HVAC, Ammonia refrigeration, welding, automation, control systems, instrumentation, and PID.
• Experience in maintenance of production/utility equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing company.
• Able to lift at least 20 kg.
• Strong communication skills and high stress tolerance.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs refrigeration systems (ammonia), compressed air systems, power systems, and steam systems.
• Conducts regular preventive and predictive maintenance and prepares data for benchmarking and analysis.
• Performs corrective maintenance and analyzes equipment failures.
• Implements load testing and safety improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Ensures operating systems are in optimal condition and adheres to SOPs and maintenance programs.
• Prioritizes safety to protect personnel, materials, products, and equipment.
