Job summary

Finetex Technology Phil in Pasig, Philippines seeks a Construction/Project Supervisor to ensure safety and quality on site. You will coordinate with engineers to set priorities, review proposals, and monitor performance to meet project timelines.

The role requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years experience and knowledge of ISO 19001:2015 and 14001:2015, plus MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency. On-site work in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 2 years of work experience preferred.
• ISO 19001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are in place and followed by workers.
• Coordinate with engineers/supervisors to set priorities and ensure they are met.
• Review project proposals for feasibility, scope, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve skills.
• Monitor engineers to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Monitor attendance, on-the-job performance and productivity.
• Recommend new technologies based on cost, safety, efficiency, etc.
• Review blueprints/design documents for safety and quality standards.
• Train and supervise workers on construction sites, including architects, engineers, laborers, welders.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• With at least 2 years work experience
• Preferably with ISO 19001:2015, 14001:2015 background
• Proficient in MS Office application
• With knowledge in autocad
