DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Planning and Engineering Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining cost controls on projects, and provide centralized planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
2. Assist the Planning & Engineering Manager in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring the Pre-Construction Schedule of the Pipeline Projects.
3. Assist the Planning & Engineering Manager in reviewing and monitoring the Bid and Awards Schedule of all Projects.
4. Review project schedules submitted by Contractors and recommend adjustments if necessary.
5. Monitor actual project accomplishments and compare them with schedules.
6. Anticipate potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
7. Identify possible problems in the project and discuss mitigating measures with the Construction Management Team to prevent issues.
8. Prepare project resource planning and allocation to support the Construction Management Department.
9. Develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain policies and procedures.
10. Prepare Construction Schedule for Financial Run Purposes of the 5-year Pipeline Project.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
