Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking an accountable Project Manager to oversee all engineering and technical aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion. The role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure quality and accuracy.

You will liaise daily with clients on-site, supervise construction activities, lead engineers and trade foremen, and deliver regular status reports while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 4 years of field and project planning experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design/visualization tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, standards.
• Liaise daily with clients and represent them on-site.
• Oversee project quality, budget, timelines, plans and team performance.
• Assign tasks and mentor project team members.
• Supervise construction activities and coordinate with contractors.
• Lead engineers and foremen to align with schedule and budget.
• Support PM in preparing and tracking construction plans.
• Develop two-week look-ahead schedule based on PM timeline.
• Review plans and report inconsistencies with site implementation.
• Implement mitigation plans for delays (weather/site emergencies).
