The role emphasizes ensuring regulatory compliance, leading engineering initiatives, and optimizing utilities usage while supporting and developing the engineering team at SM City Clark in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management.
• PRC License as Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience as Pollution Control Officer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mall engineering operations by managing MEPFS systems, repairs, and maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Lead project planning and execution of engineering initiatives, including proposal development, contractor bidding, and project implementation.
• Ensure effective utilities management through regular monitoring, analysis, and optimization of electricity and water consumption.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety by enforcing housekeeping policies, conducting inspections, and addressing security or equipment concerns.
• Develop and support engineering staff through supervision, performance management, and participation in technical training programs.

Job Description

The Engineering Operations Manager is responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee mall engineering operations by managing MEPFS systems, repairs, and maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Lead project planning and execution of engineering initiatives, including proposal development, contractor bidding, and project implementation.
