Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in QA Testing (manual and automated).
• Proven leadership of software development teams (3+ years).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-located Scrum teams of developers, testers, product owners, and Scrum masters.
• Ensure quality and consistency in software architecture and implementation.
• Plan and execute project objectives; identify risk mitigations when needed.
• Provide detailed and timely status; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
