FactSet's Funds Engineering team in the Philippines seeks an experienced software leader to design, develop, and deploy scalable data applications. You will mentor the team, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable funds data pipelines.

You will work in an agile environment, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality production software while aligning with FactSet's strategic goals and client needs.

Qualifications

• 8-14 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong software development fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and ability to mentor others.
• Experience developing and deploying production software.
• Ability to mentor others in creating high-quality solutions.
• Strong organizational and context-switching skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with diverse priorities.
• Team-building and ability to motivate colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical projects with architecture oversight.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team and guide design decisions.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and standards.
