Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to support daily manufacturing operations in the Philippines. You will perform machine setup, changeover, and conversion activities, and execute preventive and tooling maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime.

The role requires basic understanding of electronics and strong teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and technical problem-solving across production lines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and test methodologies.
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) is a plus.
• Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily and weekly maintenance activities including machine setup, changeover, conversion, and qualification (LM).
• Conducts preventive maintenance (PM) and tooling maintenance of dies/tools (TND).
• Provides technical support to production line and logs repair activities.
• Maintains 5S in all areas and adheres to safety protocols.
• Reports issues affecting uptime and product quality and suggests improvements.
