Job summary

You will monitor efficiency, conduct time-and-motion studies, and implement methods to raise yield while controlling costs. The role requires an engineering degree, professional license, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in machine maintenance, calibration, HACCP/GMP, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
• Professional License (Board/Professional).
• Experience in machine maintenance and production processes.
• Familiarity with calibration, HACCP/GMP, and basic safety practices.
• Ability to plan, implement, and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and core values.
• Monitors and controls production efficiency and productivity.
• Collects time data and productivity metrics for each line.
• Analyzes performance data to report productivity levels.
• Conducts time and motion studies to improve workflow.
• Redesigns processes to improve production yield and reduce costs.
• Reviews process changes and implements new systems and workflows.
• Monitors environmental conditions to maintain product quality.
• Collaborates with departments to develop process improvements.
• Oversees toll-manufactured products and related coordination.
• Provides technical specifications for equipment and parts.
• Participates in supply chain / customer meetings.
• Assists in maintenance planning and improvement of equipment.
• Monitors equipment availability and downtime metrics.
• Coordinates with external repair services when needed.
• Maintains ISO 9001:2000 standards documentation and procedures.
• Maintains bar code operations documentation.
• Performs other duties as required.
