Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare CAD quality detailed design drawings for various proposed CAPEX, Business Development (BD), and Non-Regulated Business (NRB) projects.
2. Encode and plot planimetric and topographic survey data for the proposed projects.
3. Assist in field investigations and inspections for new, modified, and upgraded infrastructure such as business area offices, warehouses, treatment plants, pipe replacement and expansion projects, pumping stations, reservoirs, and other facilities, to support drawing preparations.
4. Prepare electronic files of Contract Drawings and Construction Drawings as requested by contractors.
5. Update Maynilad Standard Drawings.
6. Perform other related engineering tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience

• Associate degree in a technical course, preferably in Drafting - Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural programs.
• At least two CAD-related training certificates obtained within the past three years.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Standard office environment with occasional site visits.
