Job summary

Health Catalyst is seeking an Engineering Analyst, Associate to support design, setup, and deployment of data-driven healthcare solutions. You will collaborate with project leads and cross-functional teams to document requirements, map data, and ensure quality through testing and validation.

Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, plus familiarity with SQL and programming languages.

Qualifications

  • UG: BCA in Computers, B.Tech/B.E.
  • PG: MCA in Computers

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, setup, and implementation of technical solutions based on client and business needs.
  • Work with project leads and other teams to understand, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain data mapping documents, implementation guides, processes, and best practices.
  • Analyze client data to create solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure data is accurate, complete, and follows required specifications.
  • Work on system configuration, testing, and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and help identify and resolve issues.
  • Identify requirements or client requests that are outside the agreed project scope and communicate them to the appropriate teams.
  • Work with engineering, product, implementation, and other teams to investigate and resolve data, integration, and production issues.
  • Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and on time to meet project milestones.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and elevate concerns when needed.
  • Help improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and best practices to make future projects more efficient.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams through clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Follow all applicable privacy, security, data protection, and HIPAA policies and procedures.

  • Adaptability: Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Data Analysis & Excel: Proficiency in Excel and working with data files, including data analysis, mapping, validation, reconciliation and identifying data quality issues.
  • Technical & Programming Proficiency (Preferred): Familiarity with database systems and SQL, along with basic programming or scripting experience in languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
