Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Cebu seeks an Engineer I to join the manufacturing team. You will create and revise manufacturing drawings, develop CAD models, and ensure parts meet customer requirements using SolidWorks and Bluebeam.

You’ll collaborate with SAP and MES systems, support tooling design, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 0–1 year in manufacturing; fresh grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and CAD familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks and Bluebeam.
• Develop CAD models from 2D drawings and prints.
• Understand the manufacturing process from concept to release.
• Verify production blueprints meet customer requirements.
• Use MES to set up and release parts.
• Use SAP for routing and process changes.
• Work with Estimating to review BOM labor hours.
• Submit ECRs for part deviations and process updates.
• Coordinate with Customer Program Managers and specialists.
• Support process optimization and quality initiatives.
• Design tooling and fixturing for production.
• Be flexible with shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties to support objectives.
