Salary Range: 3,000$ - 4,000$

The role
As an Energy Storage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory by developing distributor and reseller networks, enabling partners, and ensuring customers gain access to innovative energy storage solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for market research on energy storage products in the designated region (USA, UK or ASEAN), collect information on the dynamics of competitors, policies and regulations, as well as customer demand.
- Formulate regional sales strategies and develop new customers (including channel partners, end users, EPC contractors, etc.).
- Maintain strategic customer relationships, visit key customers regularly, and coordinate the resolution of after-sales issues.
- Achieve the annual sales target, lead the preparation of tender documents and business negotiations.
- Monitor the progress of project payment collection to ensure timely payment.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to customize energy storage solutions for customers (such as off-grid systems, peak-valley arbitrage solutions, etc.).
- Work with the project manager to develop project plans, manage project schedules, costs and deliveries, etc.
- Collaborate with the Branding Public Relations Department to plan regional industry exhibitions.
What we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, new energy, international Trade or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience in the energy storage/photovoltaic industry. Candidates with customer resources in the designated region (USA, UK or ASEAN) will be given priority.
- Language: Proficiency in native language and English, those who can speak Chinese will be preferred.
- Be familiar with the energy storage subsidy policies and grid standards of the designated region (USA, UK or ASEAN).
- Have a technical foundation in lithium batteries/PCS, etc., and be capable of independently completing technical solution demonstrations.
- Skilled at developing clients through tools such as LinkedIn.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and able to accept frequent business trips. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills; Cross-cultural sensitivity.
