Job summary

ECADIN is seeking an Energy Efficiency and Regulatory Compliance Engineer in Mandaue City to manage energy programs, ensure DOE compliance, and oversee EMS improvements. The role requires a PE license and at least 2 years in energy management.

You will coordinate audits, maintain energy data, liaise with utilities, and lead maintenance of solar PV systems in a cost-conscious, regulation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in the Philippines or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in energy management or related field.
• Experience with EMS standards (ISO 50001) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as DOE-designated energy auditor or CECO as required for the establishment.
• Prepare and submit DOE compliance reports (AEUR, AEECR) via the DEOS portal.
• Coordinate energy audits and drive EMS improvements aligned with ISO 50001.
• Develop and monitor plans to improve Specific Energy Consumption (SEC).
• Maintain data collection for energy/fuel use, production, and operating parameters.
• Serve as technical contact with RES or distribution utility and audit charges per ERC rules.
• Oversee safe operation of Solar PV system and monitor performance data.
• Schedule preventive/predictive maintenance per PEC standards.
