Tata Consultancy Services in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Administrator to monitor and enhance security platforms across Windows and Linux servers. You will investigate alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation with multiple teams.

The role requires 5+ years in endpoint security, hands-on deployment experience, and strong scripting/automation skills. Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Endpoint Security and/or Endpoint Management.
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint security platforms, deployments, compliance monitoring and remediation.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection technologies, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response processes.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve technical and security-related issues.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Administer, monitor, and support endpoint security platforms and technologies.

• Support security agent deployment, upgrades, policy management, and health monitoring.

• Participate in security incident investigations and support containment, remediation, and recovery.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and track remediation of identified gaps.
• Support vulnerability management initiatives related to endpoint security.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and reports.
• Develop and enhance processes to improve efficiency and security effectiveness.
• Support security projects, platform upgrades, migrations, and technology enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Trend Micro, Trellix, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, or similar endpoint security platforms.
• Experience with EDR/XDR technologies, threat investigations, and security monitoring.
• Exposure to SOC operations, security incident handling, threat hunting, or digital forensics activities.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security compliance programs.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
