Job summary

Conduent, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Platform Engineer to automate packaging and deployment in a Windows 11 environment. You will partner with internal tech groups to align solutions with business IT strategy and drive digital opportunities.

The role emphasizes MSI packaging, MECM OS deployment, and Azure/Intune expertise. The candidate should have 5+ years in Intune or ConfigMgr, 5+ years with AdminStudio and PowerShell, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience.
Experience and understanding of MSI Application Packaging, Required
Experience and understanding of Operating System Deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, required
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and deploying applications using Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Configuration Manager
Minimum 5 years of experience working with AdminStudio and PowerShell

Responsibilities

Package and deploy enterprise applications using MECM and/or Intune
Develop and maintain deployment scripts using PSADT and PowerShell
Create, test, and troubleshoot application installations across various environments (user/system context, OS versions, dependencies)
Design and maintain Operating System Deployment (OSD) and bare-metal provisioning solutions using MECM
Build and manage task sequences, imaging strategies, and device provisioning workflows
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application packaging and deployment (YAML-based)
Automate packaging workflows, validation, and release processes
Continuously improve automation to reduce manual effort and increase deployment consistency
