Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is seeking an experienced professional to manage the endpoint asset lifecycle, including the PC Refresh programme, across a multinational environment. The role focuses on deployment, recovery, redeployment and secure disposal of devices and related software assets.

The position requires leadership to drive a high-performing team and strong collaboration with LSO managers and regional engineers to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years asset or endpoint management experience within a multinational engineering or professional services.
• Demonstrate significant leadership capability to inspire multi-disciplinary high-performing teams.
• Demonstrates collaboration capability to influence stakeholders, develop and manage processes, mitigate risks, and control quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the endpoint asset lifecycle, ensuring delivery of the PC Refresh programme including deployment, recovery, redeployment and disposal.
• Overlap with Digital Locations and technology functions to ensure consistent endpoint lifecycle processes.
• Contribute to the endpoint asset toolset strategy and its integration with security, change and configuration management.
• Provide governance reporting on lifecycle status and data quality, raising exceptions with LSO managers.
• Oversee asset governance for laptops, desktops, peripherals, accessories and software licences and warranties.
