Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a hands-on AI/ML Engineer (Full‑Stack ML Developer) to take concepts from design to production. You will bridge data science, software engineering, and MLOps to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions.

You'll build models, develop robust APIs, collaborate with backend/frontend teams, and ensure scalable in production with Docker, FastAPI, and cloud services. This is a full-time role with hybrid work and autonomy over technical design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in applied ML or AI engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency and ML framework experience.
• Experience deploying models and building ML APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and testing.
• Design and develop ML models using classical ML or deep learning.
• Train, tune, and validate models with real-world data.
• Develop robust APIs or microservices to expose ML models.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend teams to embed AI features.
• Ensure scalable inference and production readiness.
• Package and deploy models with Docker, FastAPI, or cloud tools.
• Establish monitoring for model accuracy and data drift.
