We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Encoder to provide dedicated support to our company chairman. This role involves managing and organizing data, preparing reports, and facilitating communication, all while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Accurately encode and maintain data in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant applications.

  • Report Preparation: Assist in the creation and formatting of reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.

  • Document Organization: Systematically organize and file documents for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Communication Facilitation: Coordinate and manage communication between the chairman and other departments or external parties.

  • Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
