Job summary

San Miguel Corp. in Cavite is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the dairy production area. You will oversee mixing, pasteurization, emulsion preparation, and batch record-keeping to ensure product quality and safety.

The role requires strict adherence to SPPS, GMP, and HACCP standards, with coordination of CIP/close-down activities and support from technicians and supervisors to maintain efficient production lines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and exact powder mix for the milk solution.
• Prepare milk solution and FFR and pasteurize per time and temperature.
• Operate pumps to feed emulsion tank and batch tank.
• Record materials traceability for each batch.
• Monitor CCP (HACCP-CCP) and log results.
• Coordinate CIP/Sanitizing and close-down activities with operators.
• Run filling and packing line per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain log sheets and report daily production to supervisor.
