Responsibilities

• Operate milk processing and packaging machines such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, fillers, and sealing machines.
• Set up, start, and shut down dairy production equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation and consistent product quality.
• Measure, mix, and control milk flow, temperature, pressure, and timing during processing.
• Inspect milk products for quality, leaks, contamination, or packaging defects.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain production standards and output targets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize machines following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers and output quantities.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and company safety policies.
• Assist in loading raw materials and packaging supplies when needed.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and storage of finished milk products.
• Comply with workplace safety rules and wear required protective equipment at all times.
