Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide an appropriate level of care.
• Administer first aid and life-support measures as needed (e.g., CPR).
• Assess patient conditions and deliver initial treatment.
• Determine whether transport to emergency room or trauma center is required.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely to the receiving facility.
• Provide concise handover to hospital staff with vitals and care rendered.
• Complete accurate patient reports and documentation of care provided.
• Maintain and restock medical equipment and supplies.
