Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, hearings, performance improvement plans, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Serve as an advisor to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance on labor law, policies, and conflict resolution.
Lead preventive ER initiatives—design programs, run engagement activities, and recommend strategies based on trends and attrition data.
Collaborate with the Legal team for external cases (e.g., DOLE, NLRC) ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit accurate ER reports, case trackers, and trend analyses for leadership review.
Provide coaching and mentoring to case managers, ensuring consistent and professional handling of ER issues.
Graduate of Psychology, Business Management, HR Management, or any Behavioral Science-related course.
5+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR management.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Proven skills in conflict resolution, mediation, and communication.
Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple cases.
Preferably with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Must be willing to work onsite in San Pedro, Laguna.
