A leading company is seeking an HR Supervisor for Employee Experience and Engagement. This role focuses on tactical execution of HR engagement activities, organizational development, and enhancing positive employee experiences. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The HR Supervisor – Employee Experience and Engagement is primarily responsible for the tactical execution and project management of HR engagement and communications activities in support of the positive employee experience objectives. Additionally, as a cultural change agent, this position will have various roles in leading, planning and supporting activities in organizational development initiatives, programs and projects.
Employee Engagement and Events
· Facilitate engagement, employee satisfaction activities and, feedback programs and projects in support of corporate climate advancement and positive employee experience.
· Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen employee experience.
· Bring the outside in: keep up to date with trends and developments around employee engagement and use it to come up with fresh ideas to engage.
HR Communications
· Create, edit and publish HR communications, including feature stories, articles, memos and scripts, in collaboration with subject matter-experts.
· Manage content and calendar for employee engagement activities, working closely with key stakeholders, to promote employer brand and help drive awareness of company culture, and the employee experience.
Positive Employee Experience
a.1. Awesome On-boarding
· Organize and facilitate orientation activities for new employees.
· Coordinate for on-boarding/induction requirements of newly-hired employees.
· Manage the administrative tasks and facilitation of HR Corporate Training Programs such as but not limited to New Employee Orientation (JumpStart) and Team Member Orientation (Ops).
a.2. Awesome Off-boarding
· Assist and facilitate exit interviews for separated employees
· Assist in monitoring for requirements of separated employees.
· Assist in preparing reports.
Organizational Development
· Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational development initiatives, projects and programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent written skills with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to adapt style to audience
Knowledge of human resources and modern business principles, theories and practices.
