You will record transactions, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts to help maintain clean books. The role includes managing accounts receivable and payable, assisting with bank reconciliations, and maintaining supporting documents, while collaborating with the team to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1 year of relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Pivot, and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Know how to prepare bank reconciliation
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform other accounting related task as assigned
