Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil).
• Willingness to work onsite and travel or rotate between Santa Rosa, Laguna and Batangas as required by business operations.
• Demonstrates commitment, accountability, and readiness for urgent operational needs.
• Adaptable to changing work demands, locations, and schedules for business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Support emergency preparedness and response activities, including brigade management and training programs.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate drills, simulations, and exercises across the company.
• Monitor severe weather and issue timely advisories and recommendations.
• Conduct fire incident investigations, reporting, and risk-reduction activities.
• Evaluate Hot Work Permits and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
