Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll for multiple country payrolls within a large pan-European team. You will liaise with external vendors, ensure timely payment of net salaries, taxes and benefits, and manage year-end filings with a customer-service mindset.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-country payroll, strong Excel, and English fluency. Prior experience with ADP, Workday, and Time & Attendance systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing for multiple countries in medium/large organizations.
• Ability to interpret payroll rules and regulations accurately.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with English fluency.
• Experience in a pan-European environment or EMEA team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for multiple country payrolls with accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with external payroll vendors and HR services for timely data and issues.
• Ensure timely payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and benefits.
• Manage year-end processing and statutory filings related to payroll.
• Handle stock programmes (RSU/ESPP) deductions and withholdings as applicable.
• Collaborate with Finance/GL, HR Services, and Stock Services for monthly updates.
• Provide support for Time and Attendance inputs and payroll procedures updates.
• Maintain SOX payroll compliance and improve payroll processes.
