3M seeks an EMEA Indirect Tax Compliance Transformation Lead to drive the regional tax transformation roadmap, coordinate cross‑functional change, and partner with technology and service providers to deliver centralised, data‑driven tax processes.

The role focuses on governance, process improvement, and readiness for transitions across EMEA, delivering measurable benefits and adherence to target operating models.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or Business; relevant qualification advantageous.
• Solid experience in EMEA indirect tax compliance within multinational environments.
• Proven track record in tax process transformation and change management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and with outsourced/shared service providers.
• Practical experience with ERP and tax technology solutions (e.g., SAP).
• Understanding of transactional data flows, controls and reconciliations in indirect tax.

Mansioni

• Lead transformation roadmap for EMEA indirect tax compliance in a co-sourced model.
• Governance support including updates, check-ins and status reporting.
• Conduct current-state assessments to drive centralisation and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate transitions of compliance activities with readiness checks and post‑go‑live support.
• Develop training materials and ensure clear ownership and audit trails.
