Blitzy, a U.S. GenAI startup with Pune HQ2, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customer teams and drive enterprise software projects.

You will write production Java/Spring Boot code, architect solutions, and collaborate across US-based and Pune teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

This in-person role offers equity eligibility after proven performance and a clear growth path within Blitzy.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of software engineering experience with production code shipping.
• Strong hands-on Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.x expertise.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA, and Liquibase for migrations.
• Proficiency with REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) and Docker containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Write production Java/Spring Boot code integrated with enterprise systems.
• Architect solutions and collaborate with customer engineering teams.
• Lead integration efforts and participate in sprint planning.
• Build reusable patterns and tools to accelerate adoption.
• Ensure quality with tests and performance validation.
