Job summary

Infra One is hiring operators with legal training to run the operational engine for a portfolio of venture funds. You’ll own end-to-end fund operations—from onboarding to capital calls—using an AI-first backend and a strong focus on document literacy.

Fluent English is required; German is a plus. This fully remote role overlaps CET business hours and offers top-market compensation for experienced operators who ship fast and own outcomes.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal training.
• Ability to read sixty-page LPAs and related documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus.
• Experience with fund structures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Walk GP's new LP through subscription and KYC end-to-end.
• Process deal handoffs and ensure documents match terms.
• Answer DDQs with reusable one-pagers.
• Flag inappropriate side letters and advise GP language.
• Maintain live status overview and proactive reminders.
• Provide feedback to product to improve the platform.
