Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a Security Engineer, Email Security to design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise email security capabilities. You will lead platform architecture, governance, and automation efforts across the global health technology infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience with email security tools and protocols, strong engineering standards, and the ability to drive POV/POC initiatives with vendors and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise email security technologies.
• 3 years of experience with email authentication protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent information security or software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable email security architectures and platform infrastructure.
• Establish engineering standards, secure configuration baselines, and architecture documentation.
• Lead POV/POC evaluations for emerging email security capabilities and vendor offerings.
