Job summary

AdSumo Digital seeks an Email Graphic Designer to craft conversion-focused emails for eCommerce brands. You will turn briefs into engaging designs, create visuals for launches and promotions, and ensure mobile-friendly layouts.

Collaborate with account managers to keep brand consistency across campaigns, manage several projects with tight 24–48 hour turnarounds, and respond quickly to feedback. You should have a strong portfolio, be fluent in English, and be proficient with Figma and Adobe

• Experience designing emails for eCommerce, DTC or performance marketing brands.
• Strong portfolio showing email design work you’re proud of.
• Based in a LATAM country.
• Confidence using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote working setup.

We’re an eCommerce retention agency helping seven- and eight-figure brands make more money through email.

We work with brands across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We move quickly, care about the details and expect every email we produce to look great and perform.

We need an Email Graphic Designer who can do the same.

What you'll be doing

• Designing conversion-focused emails for eCommerce brands
• Turning briefs and copy into clear, engaging designs
• Creating campaign visuals for product launches, promotions, seasonal events and more
• Making sure every design works beautifully on mobile
• Working with Account Managers and Strategists to bring ideas to life
• Keeping each client’s brand consistent across campaigns
• Managing multiple projects with typical turnaround times of 24-48 hours
• Responding to feedback and making revisions quickly
• Managing your tasks and communication through Slack and Notion
