Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and manages the Comprehensive K-12 School Counseling Program at the elementary level.
• Oversees liaison for social service agency referrals for staff and students.
• Demonstrates mastery in the professional field and represents the district professionally.
• Prepares accurate written reports and maintains appropriate records and schedules.
• Communicates effectively in case conferences with parents and staff.
• Makes realistic recommendations and creates a positive climate for students.
