Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring a Field Service Technician to deliver expert cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection services at customer sites in Laguna, Philippines. You will support Sales with strategic district accounts and ensure safety and compliance across all job tasks.

The role requires 1 year in water treatment or industrial settings, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of boilers and wastewater systems is a plus; MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments.
• Associate’s degree or trade school certification preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry preferred.
• Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Execute chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts
• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts
• Identify and resolve customer pain points, escalating as required
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment at customer accounts
• Execute cooling tower cleaning, treatment, and large-scale water disinfection
• Operate power washers, industrial vacuums, and basic hand/power tools to complete service tasks
