Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Production Associate I (Electromechanical Assembler) in Aurora, OH for a full-time 1-year contract. You will perform hands-on assembly and soldering to build life-saving MRI-related equipment, read schematics, and follow BOMs. Overtime opportunities available with 10-hour shifts when needed.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, reliable attendance, and the ability to work on-site in a cleanroom/regulated environment.

Qualifications

Experience in electromechanical assembly, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing environments.
Hands-on electronic soldering experience (PCB/through-hole/SMT).
Ability to read and follow schematics, diagrams, and SOPs.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required (education verification before start).
Reliable attendance and flexibility for 10-hour days during overtime weeks.

Responsibilities

Assemble electromechanical components and solder electronic parts onto circuit boards per specs.
Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, BOMs, and process sheets.
Perform basic functional tests, assist in quality inspections, and record data.
Package and stage finished products for shipping under supervision.
Maintain daily output targets while following safety and quality standards.
