• Ensure Engagement of Preventive Maintenance Program in all Equipment and System.
• Introduce Preventive Maintenance Cost and Maintenance Cost for budgeting.
• Ensure all STP Equipment are operational and properly maintained.

Job Summary

Provide overall technical support to Operations and Business Development Team. Ensure 24/7 reliability of equipment and its system with proper preventive maintenance program including renewal of its regulatory permits. Ensure Basic Life and Safety are in place across all managed properties. Provide 24/7 assistance for equipment or system troubleshooting or repair until the property is back to normal operation

Responsibilities

• Ensure Engagement of Preventive Maintenance Program in all Equipment and System with Service Contracts in all managed properties
• Ensure Renewal of Regulatory Permits of Equipment and its System
• Introduce Preventive Maintenance Cost and Maintenance Cost with duration for budgetary purposes
• Ensure all STP Equipment are operational and with proper maintenance to minimize foul odor smell
• Ensure all Genset No Load and Load Test weekly testing is being conducted on site
• Special projects/tasks related to your position

Qualifications

• License Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience in related field
