Job summary

Next Century Building Systems Incorporated is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install and maintain electro-mechanical systems and machinery. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, read schematics, and collaborate with engineering to improve equipment safety and throughput.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with electrical and mechanical systems, and physical stamina for handling equipment in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Physical strength to lift heavy machinery and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electro-mechanical systems and machinery.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Analyze performance of machinery and record findings.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.
• Collaborate with engineering team to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Provide recommendations and improvements and upgrades.
