Job summary

Jiang Nan Hotpot in Banawe, Quezon City is seeking a maintenance assistant to support electrical systems across the restaurant and kitchen. You will assist in installation, testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service.

The role requires basic knowledge of electrical systems, attention to safety, and the ability to work with a team as well as independently. Some travel may be required for shift coverage and urgent repairs.

• Assist in performing preventative maintenance on electrical equipment, including hotpot burners, kitchen appliances, and lighting systems
• Respond to emergency electrical issues and provide rapid solutions to maintain service continuity
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
• Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to identify electrical needs and support operational requirements
• Operate and maintain electrical testing equipment to verify system integrity and safety
