CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems in optimal condition. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities include inspecting installations, responding to work orders, and assisting with equipment installations under close supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years related experience are required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational skills and curiosity to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision to deliver outputs.
