AUS CONSTRUCTION seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical system design for industrial, commercial, or construction projects. The role covers design, planning, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliant, reliable designs.

Qualifications

Good communication and coordination skills are important.

Responsibilities

Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, and schematics.
Perform load calculations, voltage drop, and short-circuit analysis.
Develop single-line diagrams, power distribution, lighting, and grounding plans.
Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
Review shop drawings, submittals, and as-built plans.
Provide technical support during project implementation and commissioning.
Address design revisions and value engineering as required.
