OceanaGold invites applications for a Superintendent – Project Management (Electrical Projects) on a 2‑year fixed term at its Didipio site in the Philippines. The role leads delivery of major electrical projects, coordinating engineering, design and estimation while managing risks, schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Electrical Engineer with PRC license and professional credentials, prepared to drive project controls and team collaboration in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in project delivery within heavy industry

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the delivery of all major electrical projects in the Capital Projects Department Portfolio
• Coordinate engineering, design and estimation inputs, preparation of project management documentation
• Identify and manage project risks; provide schedule and cost performance data; ensure quality control and project close-out documentation

Education

Registered Electrical Engineer with PRC license
