Job summary

Coco Harvest Inc. in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, seeks an Electrical, Instrumentation & Calibration Supervisor to lead maintenance and calibration of electrical and instrumentation systems supporting manufacturing and agricultural operations.

The role oversees maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and supervision of personnel; supports automation projects and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics engineering.
• Experience in electrical, instrumentation, calibration, or related field.
• supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, sensors, controls, and instrumentation equipment.
• Familiarity with calibration procedures and ISO/IEC 17025 or similar standards.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and data analysis.
• Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve instrumentation and electrical control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Work with PLCs to troubleshoot production processes.
• Support automation projects to improve process control.
• Maintain inventories and technical records of systems and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and promote teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
